Groceries for the Needies @SK Pendamar - May 2017

Our original plan to go to Bahau was “dashed” due to last minute pull out by the host school. It was rumoured that all NGOs/NGIs already have plan to storm the Best of the Best in Bahau, but I guess its not meant to be. #wewillbeback. But thanks to Mama Roshidah Abdul A'ala's connection, we were saved, and thats how we end up in SK Pendamar :)

As usual, our usual modus operandi applies for our every event. Special shout out to Food Aid Foundation, Happy Caring Hearts Crew, Geng Pn Latifah and Team Ringan Beban. TQVM guys for contributing additional items for the families. Additional items that add up to the standard pack is coffee, milo, tea, sweetener, kurma, flour, cordial drinks for the families. We also have a mini Free Market! Special thanks to the school PIC, En Dollah for coordinating and also the school for allowing us to use their place. Not forgetting our sponsors who have contributed to the event! :)

Our next event is again for the needy families for Raya. See you on 18th June 2017@ Pulau Indah…

Grocery for the Needies@Puncak Alam - April 2017

For April 2017, we went to the community of Puncak Alam to provide the groceries for 52 families. We worked with i-Care team from Puncak Alam. Prior to the event, a free market was held as well to benefit the community. Recipients were very surprise that things are free .. yea, take what you want. So, took a while before they start to taking things. Free Market event stated 9am and ended by 1030am, and move on to our grocery program. It was really a hot day and much grateful that the team for carrying on the program and drenched in sweat. TQ to sponsors and volunteers who helped to complete the program. We will see you n Bahau on 21 May 2017!

CNY Celebrations @SRJK(C) Pei Cheng, Chemor

Our Feb 2017 event bring us to SRJK(C Pei Ching, Chemor. We are supporting out sister NGO, Living Hope in their yearly CNY celebration. From 1M1c end, we provided 5kg rice to all to the needy students. This trip was almost a disaster trip, due to last minute pull out, work commitments and MCs (p/s have not received the MC yet!). We were lucky as manage to assemble a team to attend the event!  Again, many thanks to sponsors who sponsored for the event!
